My stay at the hotel felt like a home away from home. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, although a bit dated. I loved the kitchen area, dining table, and amenities provided. The service had lots of energy, but fell short when we needed assistance with Cirque du Soleil tickets. The location was excellent, serving as a great base for all attractions, parks, and shopping. The dining experience was good but could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with a friendly atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and ready by early afternoon, but cleanliness was a bit of an issue with dog hair everywhere, even on the bed sheets. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with a nice touch of professionalism. The location was ideal, close to major attractions yet tucked away from noise. The dining experience was decent, but not included in the rate. Overall, a great place with some room for improvement.
